We are seeking a friendly, customer service–focused Client Service Representative to join our growing practice. This position is available full-time or part-time, with compensation ranging from $15–$19 per hour depending on experience.

Our hospital is currently a five-doctor practice and is located in the Lakeway community in the greater Austin area.
What We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative; however, we are willing to train the right individual. We’re looking for someone who is:
- A motivated team player
- An effective multitasker
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing outstanding client and patient care
Why We Need You:
As the face of VCA Terrell, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for each client’s experience and helps build trust and confidence in our care. The CSR plays a vital role in the daily operations of the hospital and is responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering phones, and escorting clients and pets to exam rooms
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Making outbound calls for follow-ups and engaging prospective clients
- Explaining services and fees, and processing payments
- Recommending and coordinating products and services, including prescriptions
- Answering client questions and providing general pet care education (e.g., heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, basic husbandry)
- Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
- Assisting with general hospital cleanliness and maintenance, including keeping all areas clean and presentable
