Beyond project delivery, you will be responsible for developing people, growing organizational capability, and driving commissioning excellence across the business.
Working from Västerås, you will collaborate with project teams, customers, and global stakeholders while helping shape the future of commissioning within one of the fastest-growing areas of the energy sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commissioning Manager, Commissioning Lead, or Senior Commissioning Engineer looking to step into a broader leadership role with significant influence across people, projects, and business performance.

- Lead customer-facing activities including site reviews, progress meetings, acceptance testing, and project closeout discussions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, HSE regulations, and Hitachi Energy procedures.
- Drive lessons learned, best-practice sharing, and process improvements across the commissioning organization.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and recruitment activities to strengthen long-term organizational capability.
Your Background
