Manager, Product & Nutrition Training – India

Overview

ROLE AT A GLANCE: 

• Mentor, coach, and nurture the nutritionist team by enhancing their technical expertise, presentation capabilities, and awareness of current nutrition trends and scientific developments. 
• Develop strategic nutrition education plans and initiatives focused on product awareness, wellness education, and healthy active lifestyle promotion. 
• Drive regional and national product training programs, workshops, seminars, and nutrition education sessions for distributors, preferred customers, and internal teams. 
• Build and implement structured certification pathways for Associates to enhance their product and nutrition knowledge, credibility, and business capability and also get certified by a reputed institute. Also, curate programs - Innovate and design nutrition-guided and product-led programs aligned with current consumer trends, wellness needs, and organizational priorities. 
• Develop onboarding tools, learning journeys, and nutrition education resources to facilitate smooth onboarding and continuous capability enhancement of Associates. 
• Design learning journey for associates especially pertaining to company’s new initiative around Pro2col and personalized wellness. Collaborate on critical cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing knowledge, engagement, and education levels of Distributors and Preferred Customers. 
• Prepare, monitor, and circulate training MIS reports, participation analytics, learning dashboards, and key program updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. 
• Represent the organization at industry forums, healthcare and nutrition conferences, institutional meets, and wellness platforms to strengthen the company’s scientific positioning and brand equity. 
• Build and nurture relationships with industry associations, allied health organizations, nutrition councils, certification bodies, academic institutions, and wellness forums to bring external credibility, affiliations, and certification opportunities. 

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: 

The Manager – Nutrition will strengthen the organization’s scientific credibility and nutrition leadership by driving impactful product and nutrition education initiatives for Associates and Preferred Customers. The role will enhance capability building through structured trainings, certification programs, onboarding tools, and standardized learning content.

By leading the Dietary Advisory Board and mentoring nutritionists, the individual will foster a culture of continuous learning and scientific excellence. The role will also help build the company’s brand equity by representing the organization at industry forums, nutrition platforms, and allied associations.

Additionally, the Manager will support national events, drive innovative nutrition-led programs, build strategic industry partnerships, and create scalable education solutions that enhance engagement, knowledge, and customer trust across the network.

 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: (Skills, background, and experience required for success)

Education

• Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Public Health Nutrition, or related field. 

 

Experience

• Relevant experience in nutrition education, wellness industry, healthcare, FMCG, direct selling, or allied sectors. Prior experience in team management, training leadership, and stakeholder engagement will be preferred. 10 years of minimum experience

 

Skills/Certifications 

• Certification courses in Sports Nutrition or any allied field pertaining to nutrition
• Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary supplementation, wellness trends, and public health nutrition. 
• Good presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. 

Ability to represent the organization confidently at external forums and industry platforms
