In this role, you’ll support new-hire onboarding, maintain accurate and confidential employee files, manage documentation across multiple systems, assist with compliance audits, coordinate required trainings and recertifications, and help ensure our organization meets state and regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with a supportive HR team dedicated to efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality service. Reception duties such as greeting visitors and receiving packages are also part of this position.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
Administrative or documentation experience is a plus.
