Role Description:

The Remote Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for remote commissioning, validation, integration, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems. The role requires deep technical understanding of Niagara Framework, control logic, field devices, and building equipment, with the ability to diagnose system-level issues and optimize performance remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of small group of engineers handling remote commissioning projects.
• Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables.
• Track SLA performance, identify breaches, and implement corrective/preventive action plans.
• Delegate tasks, set project deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.
• Ensure adequate headcount planning and leave tracking for operational continuity.
• Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive operational insights.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports and performance metrics.
• Perform detailed escalation and trend analysis.
• Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize best practices.
• Conduct regular technical and process training sessions for team development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid model with rotational week off and night shifts.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

·        Min 5 years’ experience in the field of BMS or control system commissioning, functional testing and troubleshooting activities.

·        Having fair knowledge on HVAC systems and its operations

·        Having good understanding on BMS programming and control logics ,3rd party system integration such as Energy meters, VFD etc.

·        Familiarity with protocols like BACnet, Modbus etc.

·        Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

·        Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to organize and plan your work schedule.

·        Always maintain a professional presentation in appearance

·        B.E in related discipline preferably Electronics/Instrumentation & control/Mechatronics/Electrical etc.
