Note: Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors.
This recruitment will be used to establish a list of qualified applicants to fill the current vacancies and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur.

Performs detailed routines of limited complexity pertinent to processing of human resources actions which are typically: (a) assigned on a continuing basis; and (b) are covered by well established guidelines, procedures and/or instructions which provide a fairly specific basis for taking action; and performs other related duties as assigned.To qualify, you must meet all of the following requirements:
General Experience: One year of progressively responsible general office clerical experience.
Specialized Experience: One year of experience in an office where the work required the knowledge and application of pertinent human resources rules, regulations, procedures and program requirements.
Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Requirement: As required by the Prison Rape Elimination Act of 2003 (PREA), Federal law states that "...an agency shall not hire or promote anyone who may have contact with inmates and who:
1. Has engaged in sexual abuse in a prison, jail or lockup, community confinement facility, juvenile facility or other institution.
2. Has been convicted of engaging or attempting to engage in sexual activity in the community facilitated by force, overt or implied threats of force, or coercion or if the victim did not consent or was unable to consent or refuse.
3. Has been civilly or administratively adjudicated to have engaged in the activity described in #2 above.
4. Has been the subject of substantiated allegations of sexual abuse or sexual harassment or resigned during a pending investigation of alleged sexual abuse or sexual harassment.
