Salary: Up to £35,500 per annum dependent on experience plus uncapped bonus

Salary: Trainees up to £30,000 & up to £35,500 for experienced recruiters
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent

About the role

You'll develop Reed's Industrial offering across the region, recruiting temporary workers into roles including warehouse, production, manufacturing and logistics.

With a focus on winning new clients and growing the business, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle while building long-term partnerships and delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing

• Growing an industrial temporary recruitment desk
• Winning new business opportunities
• Managing and developing client relationships
• Sourcing, placing and managing temporary workers
• Maintaining compliance and candidate care standards
• Working closely with colleagues across specialist teams

What you'll bring

We're interested in speaking with:

• Recruitment Consultants from industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or other temporary recruitment sectors
• Individuals with B2B sales experience looking to move into recruitment
  

You'll also have strong communication skills, commercial awareness, resilience and the ambition to grow a successful desk. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Your team

You'll join a well-established, multi-specialist office covering Accountancy & Finance, Business Support, Procurement and Industrial recruitment. The Industrial desk complements an established Procurement desk, creating opportunities across the wider supply chain and manufacturing market. The Swindon team is known for its supportive culture and strong track record of internal progression.
