We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international team and provide professional support to customers across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Assist with billing, account management, and technical issues.

- Navigate customer service tools and systems efficiently.
Requirements:
- Native-level or C1 proficiency in Danish.
- B2 level English for internal training and tools.
- Excellent written communication skills for chat and email support.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate various software.
