We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide outstanding customer service and professional assistance to customers via multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide clear and accurate information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Use strong problem-solving skills to assist with basic technical or product-related questions.
Requirements:
- Native-level or C1 proficiency in Danish.
- B2 level English for internal communication and training.
- Strong PC/computer knowledge.
- Basic general technical/mechanical understanding.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
