The role of Activity Leader is one of high responsibility directly concerned with the welfare and enjoyment of our Young Learner students.As an Activity Leader you will be required to:– Lead, supervise, motivate and engage students on on-site activities and excursions to ensure adequate planning and set up of onsite and offsite activities to ensure they exceed students’ expectations– Provide pastoral duties and support the welfare team in their operations,– Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students,-Assisting and supporting in day-to-day general duties as instructed by the activity manager-Carrying out residential supervision duties including, but not limited to meal and bedtime supervision as requested by the line managerWe aim for all our Activity Leaders to enjoy their experience with International House whilst always acting with high regard for the rules and policies and maintaining discipline throughout the course.
