IT Infrastructure Specialist
Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and ensuring reliable day-to-day operation of technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
- Support servers, network devices, endpoints, and cloud services.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and availability.
- Perform system maintenance, patching, backups, and updates.
- Resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests.
- Assist with infrastructure projects and deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and asset information.
- Follow infrastructure security and access-control requirements.
- Support disaster recovery and backup activities.
- Coordinate technical issues with vendors and other IT teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux environments, hardware, and cloud technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
