DESCRIPTION:
We seek a Sr. Operations Finance Coordinator for our BioAnalytical Labon our Project Delivery and Reconciliation Team, handling important financial processes and collaborating across teams. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth while working with advanced financial systems and tools in a deadline-oriented environment.
This role is responsible for overseeing critical financial and operational processes that support accurate client billing, financial reporting, and procurement management. This role serves as a key liaison between Operations, Finance, Procurement, and external clients to ensure timely reconciliations, reporting accuracy, and effective management of purchase orders. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include: Perform and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual client financial accruals to ensure accuracy of invoicing, revenue recognition, and account balances, prepare reconciliation summaries and supporting documentation, PO monitoring and closure, and identifying process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably in a multinational organization
• Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with financial reporting and month-end close processes
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
• Strong service mindset and team collaboration skills
