Description
Our client is a luxury resort with 100+ rooms, multiple Food & Beverage venues, and extensive leisure facilities in Indonesia.
This role will be reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location, the area is world famous for its underwater world.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Experience in the same position or similar role
• Island, or remote location experience
• Strong luxury hospitality background
• Excellent understanding of hotel operations and commercial performance
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Guest oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly interactive with strong people management abilities
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Commercially driven with experience in budgeting and financial performance
• Strong strategical thinker, entrepreneurial
• Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team
• Well presented with a polished and professional personality
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Positive, proactive, and results oriented
• Hands on leadership style with attention to detail
