Our client is a high-end fine dining destination in North Thailand, offering an elevated culinary experience with a strong focus on quality, service, and guest experience.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Profile
• Experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader
• Michelin * or high end fine dining background
• Luxury hospitality or reputable independent restaurant experience
• Asia experience is preferred
• Ideally with also good Wine knowledge, previous Sommelier experience would be a big +
• Proven ability to drive revenue and overall business performance
• Strong P&L, budgeting, and cost management skills
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
• Guest focused with a strong eye for detail
• Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams
• Strong commercial and business development mindset
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and solution oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident decision maker with strong ownership and accountability
• Hands on, energetic, and highly engaging personality
• Strong relationship building and guest engagement skills
• Able to work independently and across all levels
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Results driven with a strong commitment to service excellence
• Computer literate
