The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that emerging ideas are effectively incorporated into business practices, thereby enhancing the overall value delivered. The position demands a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to drive impactful outcomes and strengthen the organization's reputation in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with client expectations and organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
- Experience in managing database security, backup, and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Ability to optimize system performance through monitoring and fine-tuning of SAP HANA databases.
- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP HANA deployments and hybrid infrastructure management.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and operations teams to support seamless integration and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
