SAP Business Analyst 0826

 We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to join an enterprise applications team supporting and enhancing critical SAP business processes. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, with a primary focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional SAP experience and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. Responsibilities will span requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, production support, and continuous improvement.

The position will work closely with business users, internal technology teams, project teams, and external partners to deliver reliable SAP solutions aligned with established governance and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions and sustainable business processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Develop functional specifications based on business requirements and collaborate with technical resources through development and implementation.
• Participate in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of SAP solutions.
• Support Order to Cash processes, including:
  • Sales order management
  • Delivery processing
  • Shipment processing
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Related integration and downstream processes
• Support SAP master data requirements, including defining, gathering, validating, and loading data necessary for new or enhanced solutions.
• Participate in integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, implementation, and post-production stabilization.
• Provide ongoing production support, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal and external technical resources.
• Work across functional areas to understand and support integration between SAP SD, Materials Management, Logistics, and Finance.
• Contribute to project planning, solution design, documentation, and implementation activities.
• Follow established enterprise standards for application development, governance, change management, and project delivery.
• Manage multiple initiatives and support requests while maintaining appropriate priorities and communication with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP SD and LE experience, including system design and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes and SAP functionality.
• Strong knowledge of pricing and integration points between Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Logistics, and Finance.
• Experience supporting SAP outputs and forms associated with sales orders, deliveries, shipments, and billing documents, including electronic and printed communications.
• Working knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and SAP Workflow, with the ability to troubleshoot and analyze related issues.
• Experience participating in or leading full lifecycle SAP implementations, from requirements and solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Demonstrated experience managing or contributing to technology projects.
• Experience working in an SAP production support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reading, troubleshooting, or working alongside developers on custom ABAP code.
• Experience implementing or supporting SAP Fiori applications, particularly those related to Order to Cash.
• Experience working with external SAP consultants or implementation partners.
• Experience with enterprise-scale SAP environments and complex integrations.
