Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As a Sales & Account Management Intern, you will:
- Support Sales (20%) and Account Management (80%) teams with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist with client and broker communications, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities
- Analyze customer, renewal, and prospect data to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate reports using business systems and tools
- Participate in client, broker, and internal meetings
- Assist in preparing materials for customer renewals and account reviews
- Maintain accurate information within Salesforce and other business systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Present a “mock” member presentation about Quartz products
What You'll Learn

Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:
- Have a demonstrated interest in Sales and/or Account Management as a possible career path
- Ability to work 30 hours per week from June to August 2027 & 10 hours per week from September to December 2027
- Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029
- Must live within a 3-hour radius of Madison, WI and be willing to travel to headquarters from June to August
- Attend the summer intern program kickoff and retreat (June 1-4, 2027), and final intern presentation (Late July/Early August)
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without requiring work visa sponsorship from Quartz, now or in the future
Hardware and equipment will be provided by the company, but candidates must have access to high-speed, non-satellite Internet to successfully work from home.
