Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The role includes close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to ensure that business needs are accurately represented and integrated into process improvements, fostering seamless adoption and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to support organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding business process frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design effective business processes.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex process requirements clearly.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business needs.
- Ability to create detailed documentation that supports process implementation and compliance.
- Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to ensure comprehensive understanding of business operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
