**Food Truck Crew Member**
**Location**: Tampa, FL (Must travel to brewery locations; reliable transportation required)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time (Flexible hours, including weekends/evenings)
**Pay**: $14/hour + tips (average total earnings: $24/hour)

**About Us:**
We’re a rapidly expanding food truck business bringing amazing food to Tampa’s top breweries! With new trucks launching soon, we’re looking for driven team members who want to grow with us.
**Your Role & Growth Path:**
- Start as Crew: Master food prep (burgers, fries, etc.), customer service, and kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Prove Yourself: Show leadership? You’ll train for Assistant Manager → Food Truck Manager roles as we expand.
- Future Leaders: Top performers will oversee their own truck, manage teams, and earn higher pay + bonuses.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare food, operate equipment, and maintain cleanliness (50 lbs lifting required).
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to brewery customers.
- Able to work in extreme heat/cold and tight kitchen spaces with 2–3 teammates.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations (reliable transportation required).
**We’re Looking For:**
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in English is required for clear communication with customers and team members regarding orders, safety, and operations.
