Key Facts: SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, SAP HCM Payroll, in Winterthur/home office.
Main tasks:
- Support and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR systems
- Act as internal Key User and Subject Matter Expert for assigned modules
- Coordinate support, troubleshooting and enhancements with IT and external partners
- Support testing, release management and UAT activities
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes and user experience
- Participate in global rollouts, upgrades and HR IT projects
- Support HR reporting, dashboards, analytics and data quality initiatives
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems or a comparable field
- 2–5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR IT projects
- Experience with SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, OM, RCM and Performance & Goals
- Solid understanding of HR processes and HR master data management
- Experience with testing, implementations or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- SuccessFactors certification and SAP HCM Payroll experience are an advantage
- Fluent in German and English
- Open to returners after a family-leave break
