Commercial Producer – Commercial Insurance & Personal Lines

Responsibilities
Self-generate prospects, build and maintain strong pipelines, establish credibility, and develop lasting client relationships.
Consult with prospective clients on their business insurance needs and close new business independently.
Actively cold call, prospect, and close deals within a B2B environment.
Communicate and cross-sell across departments — both creating opportunities for other teams and receiving referral leads in return.
Target and develop relationships with small to small-mid-size businesses as primary clients.
Leverage specialty knowledge in areas such as Construction, Commercial Property, Main Street Business, Manufacturing, or similar industries.
Qualifications
Active Washington State Property & Casualty license required.
Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience; specialty experience strongly preferred (e.g., Construction, Commercial Property, Main Street Business, Manufacturing).
Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads, prospect, and close deals independently.
Proven experience and comfort with cold calling and B2B sales.
Consistent employment history demonstrating stability (no more than 3 positions held within the past 10 years).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
