Job Description:
This role supports the development and execution of Workplace Benefits business strategy, with a focus on our downstream strategies including participant engagement initiatives, complex program leadership, enterprise partnership management, business analytics, and executive-level communications. The role collaborates across Workplace Benefits, Merrill, Consumer, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, measurable outcomes, and business results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex projects and initiatives from strategy development through implementation, testing, reporting, and presentation of results.
- Own assigned programs, partnerships, and operational processes, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and driving decisions through execution.
- Analyze program, participant, and operational data to identify trends, quantify opportunities, assess business impact, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Apply strong analytical and business knowledge to quickly translate results, participant behavior, and market insights into strategic implications and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships across Workplace Benefits, Merrill, Consumer, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other enterprise stakeholders to support initiative execution and business objectives.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, status updates, and recommendations tailored to senior leadership and partner audiences.
- Act as a trusted partner in the development and execution of participant engagement, referral, and business growth initiatives, helping translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while coordinating dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across teams.
- Build and maintain reporting, processes, controls, and governance routines that support effective execution, measurement, and risk management.
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure programs operate within applicable requirements and control expectations.
- Translate detailed business, operational, and technical information into concise, actionable communications for a variety of audiences.
Serve as a subject-matter resource across assigned initiatives, connecting strategy, analytics, participant experience, and operational execution to achieve business results.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects from planning through execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor content to the audience.
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams and tracking end-to-end deliverables.
- Ability to develop reporting and executive-ready presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and business judgment to evaluate complex issues and recommend practical solutions
