Hiring one of our multi-disciplinary design and printing firm. They do work on covers graphics and identity, products and packaging, websites, digital experience design, advertising, communications and videography.


Job Role: HR Executive – Recruitment & Employee Management

Job Details:
We are looking for an HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end recruitment and day-
to-day employee management for our company. The role involves hiring cold callers, front
callers, upsellers, and production team members according to our business requirements.

-The HR Executive will be responsible for understanding departmental hiring needs, preparing
job descriptions, posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, shortlisting applicants,
and scheduling and conducting interviews. They will coordinate with the relevant team leads to
assess candidates' skills and suitability, finalize selections in consultation with management, and
handle salary negotiations within approved budgets, offer letters, joining formalities, and
onboarding.
-Employee management responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, tracking
attendance and leave, coordinating probation and performance reviews, addressing employee
concerns, communicating and implementing company policies, and handling resignations and
exit formalities. The HR Executive will also maintain recruitment progress reports and keep
management updated on vacancies, candidate pipelines, and staffing needs.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
-The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations,preferably involving sales, call center, and production roles. Strong interviewing, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills are essential, along with the ability to
manage multiple hiring requirements and take ownership of the complete recruitment and
employee management process.

Education: BBA in HR
Timings: 3pm to 12am (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Market Competitive
