Description
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our UK & Ireland Finance team and play a key role in supporting Supply Chain performance across logistics, warehousing, inventory and procurement.
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with operational leaders, you'll provide financial insight, challenge and guidance that supports better decision-making, drives efficiencies and contributes to business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving problems and turning data into action.
What We Offer
£60,000 - £70,000 salary
Annual bonus
Company car or car allowance
Hybrid working, with 60% office attendance at our Warrington (WA3 6XG) site
Flexible start and finish times
Core working hours of 09:30 - 16:00
Contracted hours of 37.5 per week, worked as 7.5 hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Start and finish times can be adjusted provided core hours are covered and contracted hours are fulfilled.

What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with Supply Chain leaders to improve financial and operational performance
Leading budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities
Analysing warehousing, freight and inventory performance to identify opportunities and risks
Supporting cost optimisation initiatives across the Supply Chain function
Providing financial evaluation and business case support for investment decisions
Improving inventory performance and working capital management
Supporting month-end activities, reporting and financial controls
Driving continuous improvement in processes, reporting and systems
What We're Looking For
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in a Finance Business Partner role supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Manufacturing functions
Excellent commercial awareness and analytical capability
Amazing interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience using financial data to support decision-making and performance improvement
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (SAP advantageous)
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
