ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for the finance operations across Southeast Asian countries.

Responsible for the finance operations across Southeast Asian countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable process – supplier set up, invoice and payments.
- Accounts Receivable process – receipts.
- Collections follow up.
- Assist with the accrual of expenses during month end.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Monthly bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems and statutory financial regulations.
- Assist with audit by furnishing the supporting documents required by auditors.
- Prepare information for and liaise with the auditors to ensure any issues are fully resolved in a timely manner
- Support with Finance related projects and tasks when required
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Strong computer literacy and competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel and ERP system.
Experience
· Possess at least 3 years working experience in a Finance environment and/or relevant experience in a similar capacity.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Familiar with IFRS and tax rules in Malaysia.
- Positive working attitude.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to handle challenge.
- Independent in carrying out the role.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Experienced in MNC working environment is an added advantage.
