About the role
As Director of Public Relations and Marketing at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will shape the voice, image, and reputation of one of Switzerland's most iconic luxury destinations.
Reporting to the Commercial Director and serving as a key member of the Commercial leadership team, you will lead the hotel's integrated communications, public relations, marketing, digital strategy, and brand positioning. From international media exposure and influential partnerships to compelling storytelling and digital growth, you will play a pivotal role in establishing The Park Gstaad as the premier luxury alpine resort destination.
With a planned start date in January 2027, this is a unique opportunity to be part of the opening journey of a Four Seasons hotel and help define its market presence from the very beginning.
What you will do
Lead the hotel's Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, and Digital strategy.
Build brand awareness, reputation, and guest engagement across local and international markets.
Develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Drive media relations, influencer partnerships, content creation, and reputation management initiatives.
Partner with agencies and regional teams to maximize digital performance, social media engagement, SEO, and paid media effectiveness.
Identify and execute strategic partnerships, collaborations, events, and activations that enhance the hotel's positioning.
Support direct revenue growth through FourSeasons.com and other key commercial channels.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment across all initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop the Public Relations and Marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Work closely with operational and commercial leaders to bring the unique story of The Park Gstaad to life.
What you bring
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing.
Luxury hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle, or premium brand experience preferred.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of integrated communications, brand management, digital marketing, and reputation building.
Experience managing agencies, media partnerships, influencers, and strategic collaborations.
Commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business performance.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and German and/or French required. Additional languages are advantageous.
Knowledge of the Swiss luxury hospitality market is highly desirable.

Full-time position.
