About the team:
The Sam’s Club Connect Pantry Advertising Sales team leverages first-party membership data to deliver effective retail advertising solutions. This team collaborates with suppliers to develop strategic initiatives that promote business growth. Members apply expertise in sales strategy, stakeholder engagement, marketing planning, and analytics to achieve measurable outcomes. They lead cross-functional collaboration, forecast sales trends, and implement negotiation strategies to optimize results. The team fosters a results-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement, clear communication, and delivering value to Sam’s Club members and partners.
What you'll do:

• Lead, develop and coach 3 associates.
• Lead strategic sales planning and forecasting to drive advertising revenue growth for Sam’s Club Connect.
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies to secure high-value advertising partnerships.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advertising solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and business data to inform sales strategies and optimize campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee sales qualification and pipeline development to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices in sales management and client engagement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
