(USA) Senior Manager, Production - Manufacturing

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Develops and executes overall production plans in partnership with the Director, Production by translating customer requirements into daily and weekly production schedules. Confirms that all appropriate materials are available to supply production lines. Adjusts plans in response to demand, supply, and capacity changes. Escalates risks to customer service.
Supervises and develops Production Supervisors by assigning duties and production priorities. Establishes performance expectations and conducts regular performance evaluations. Coaches for success and improvement. Monitors overall plant performance to ensure daily operations meet both production and business goals.
Partners with the Maintenance Leadership Team by developing work priorities. Identifies maintenance work windows for production areas.
Coordinates planned downtime against the production schedule. Minimizes disruption to output.
Collaborates with the Continuous Improvement team by supporting associate-driven improvement teams focused on production. Identifies and prioritizes improvement opportunities. Implements and sustains process changes on the line.
Ensures all production areas, including facility, equipment, and personnel, comply with Safety and Food Safety regulations by maintaining a safe work environment. Verifies product wholesomeness. Sustains audit readiness. Addresses identified gaps according to company policies and procedures.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00 - $192,500.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...
