We are looking for a Service Owner who will act as the key interface between the customer and the Ericsson delivery organization, ensuring service excellence, stability, and continuous improvement. This role works closely with SDU, MSCOO, Service Architecture, Reliability, and Improvement teams.

What you will do

• Act as the primary customer interface for the assigned service.
• Own end-to-end service lifecycle management.
• Ensure effective collaboration with SDU, MSCOO, Architecture, and Reliability teams.
• Own service governance and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to SLA and KPI commitments.
• Drive program and demand management activities.
• Align service delivery with customer business objectives.
• Act as the primary interface during incidents and changes.
• Ensure accurate severity classification and compliance with SLA requirements.
• Ensure effective change handover governance.
• Lead the planning and design of new or updated services.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency improvements.
• Apply AI/ML and analytics to optimize service performance.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the customer, contract, and service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide service reviews, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.

You will bring

• At least 9 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Managed Services, Service Delivery, or a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
• Experience owning customer-facing services.
• Understanding of AI/ML and automation in operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• A problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
