Clinikally is one of India's fastest-growing health-tech and beauty-tech startups, backed by Y Combinator (S22). We're building the future of personalized skincare by combining online dermatologist consultations, AI-powered diagnostics, and a curated portfolio of skincare and haircare products.
As we continue to scale our private label brands, we're looking for an E-commerce Manager to drive sales, growth, and marketplace performance across Amazon, Tira, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other leading e-commerce platforms.
Role Overview
As an E-commerce Manager, you will own the end-to-end growth of Clinikally's private label brands across multiple online marketplaces. You will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing product visibility, planning marketing campaigns, managing marketplace operations, and improving overall business performance.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Brand, Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to scale our marketplace business.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth
- Drive sales and revenue across Amazon, Tira, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Identify new marketplace opportunities and expansion initiatives.
Marketplace Operations
- Manage product listings, catalogue quality, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Ensure products are optimized for discoverability, conversions, and customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless product launches and stock replenishment.
Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute marketplace marketing campaigns, promotional events, and seasonal sales.
- Manage marketplace advertising, sponsored campaigns, and promotional budgets to improve ROAS.
- Work with the Brand and Creative teams to enhance product visibility and conversion.
Business Performance
- Monitor marketplace performance and track key business metrics such as sales, GMV, conversions, advertising efficiency, inventory health, and product visibility.
- Analyze performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve sales and overall marketplace performance.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers to drive growth initiatives and resolve operational issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Management.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Tira, Nykaa, Flipkart, or other leading marketplaces.
- Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare, Haircare, FMCG, or D2C brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital marketing, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and marketplace analytics.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a high sense of ownership.
