Higher Level Teaching Assistant BS13Covering PPAMonday to WednesdayASAP Start A 2 form entry Primary School in the BS13 area of Bristol is currently looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work through their KS1 & KS2 classrooms, supporting the teaching staff.  This school prides itself on their unique curriculum opportunities to offer a supportive and inclusive learning environment.You will be joining an energetic, hardworking and supportive team, where you will be expected to provide a calm and nurturing learning environment.  The Role  This role is a part-time position, where the successful candidate will work as a class TA, supporting interventions but also covering teaching during PPA times. Throughout the week, you will have a timetable following the KS1 and KS2 Class Teachers PPA Times. Covering these lessons, you will be required to have a reflective and versatile approach to teaching and learning. You will be expected to: Be flexible and work throughout a number of classrooms Have experience supporting children with SENDHave good knowledge of the educational curriculum. Be creative, adaptable and supportive. Have high expectations of pupils through motivation, encouragement and confidence. Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
