Finance Leader, APAC – Mylar Specialty Films
Location: Foshan, China /Hong Kong
Mylar Specialty Films is seeking a commercially focused Finance Leader to support our APAC business. This role will partner closely with business and manufacturing leaders to drive financial performance, forecasting accuracy, business analysis, and strategic decision-making across the region.
Responsibilities 职责
Key Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, cash management, and financial reporting activities.
- Drive margin analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and business performance.
- Support business optimization projects through financial modelling and analysis.
- Prepare and participate in monthly business reviews and support reporting requirements for the Mylar CFO and parent company.
- Act as Company Secretary for China joint venture entities, supporting Board and Shareholder meetings.
- Serve as a key liaison between shareholders, Board members, and the China joint venture partner.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and develop analytical capabilities within the local finance team.
Qualifications 要求
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change.
