Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to university recruiting efforts by working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (recruiters) to ensure that all positions are filled in the appropriate time frame. They will schedule, coordinate, and facilitate the interviewing process.This individual contributes to the accomplishment of recruiting practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes professionalism, strict confidentiality, productivity and standards, objectivity and responsiveness/customer service.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Provides support for the effective administration and coordination of employee recruiting and selection process.
Schedules complex interview panels with senior stakeholders across the organization.
Contributes to the candidate experience by providing exceptional communication along with a seamless interview process.
Advances the internal and external talent brand through interaction with stakeholders and candidates.
Responds in a timely manner to requests from talent partners, stakeholders, and candidates.
Assists with recruiting and staffing logistics, such as preparing and posting job advertisements.
Assists Recruiters in paper-screening of applications as needed.
Participates in process and procedure enhancements in alignment with talent strategic initiatives.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
5 years of talent acquisition and/or business office experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience using recruiting tools (Workday/Paradox preferred)
Travel:
This position requires occasional travel of up to 20%, including required attendance at designated company summits (typically one to two per year). Additional travel may include conferences, visits to company locations, and other business-related events as needed. Additional travel may be assigned as needed to support business requirements.
