Accounting Assistant

Job Summary

• Communicate effectively with customers and dealers regarding account-related inquiries.
• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
• Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support the accounting team with daily office operations.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Previous accounting experience is preferred but not required.
• Interest in developing a career in accounting.
