Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management
The skills we need:
- Computer Literacy
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Data interpretation and presentation.
- Understanding of socioeconomic and public policy issues.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, reports and compliance documentation.
- Provide first-line support to employees on HR queries, including leave, payslips, policies and benefits.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate administration and new-starter documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, including wellness days, recognition events and team-building initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for training coordination, including scheduling, attendance and training records.
- Provide cross-functional HR support and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
This is an 18-month contract position.
