Business Systems Analyst – HR Domain (Benelux)

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to partner with our HR Business teams and Global IT across the Benelux region. In this role, you will act as a key business partner in identifying HR needs and translating them into effective IT & Data solutions, ensuring that data, processes, and tools support operational excellence, innovation, digitalization, and employee experience.

 

You will play a critical role in translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions, while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, adoption, and alignment with global standards.

 

This role sits at the intersection of business, systems, and people. Success is not only about delivering solutions, but also making sure they are understood, adopted, and create lasting value for the organization.

 

What You'll Do

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary IT partner for HR stakeholders across the Netherlands and Belgium
• Build trusted relationships to understand business priorities and pain points
• Provide structured guidance on system capabilities and opportunities for improvement
• Work as the liaison between the Global and Zone teams to ensure team work, alignment and prioritization

 

Solution Design & Implementation

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new tools and applications
• Ensure solutions align with Danone's global IT standards

 

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through digital solutions
• Develop clear documentation and workflows to improve efficiency and compliance

 

Delivery & Operational Support

• Coordinate and enable system changes, enhancements, and stability of ongoing operations
• Project Management for new initiatives when applicable
• Ensure business continuity through proactive issue management and management of service providers
• Collaborate with global IT&D teams to accelerate delivery and problem-solving
• Facilitate collaboration between business users and technical teams

Community & Engagement

• Be part of IT&D Product community, contribute to grow
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working close to the business, understands HR processes, and can translate complex IT and Data topics into clear, practical solutions.

 

You bring:

• Experience in Business Analysis, IT, or Systems Implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to translate complex business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Experience in IT project management, ideally within systems, tools, or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR systems, SAP, or other enterprise tools.
• A structured, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• The ability to connect business needs, systems, and people to create lasting value.
• Fluency in English. Dutch and/or French would be a strong asset for Benelux collaboration.
• A pragmatic, collaborative and improvement-oriented mindset.
