Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Mobile Response Driver in Boston, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and concealed carry weapons permit. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, contractors, and visitors in accordance with established financial institution procedures.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required documentation for patrol activity, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A concealed carry weapons permit is required.
• Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience, or 2+ years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3+ years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
