What would you do? • Serve as escalation point for On-Call tasks from Asset Management Service (“AMS”) On-Call in accordance with agreed upon service metrics. • Validate Part Number creations on BOM’s (Bill of Materials)
What are we looking for? • Execute attribute and status updates of Asset and location records across multiple systems • Perform virtual PO receipts (i.e., execute inventory receipt transactions in the inventory management system on behalf of remote locations per client’s guidance and direction) • Collaborate with cross-functional department teams to identify and resolve escalations • Serve as a team liaison between the client and third-party vendors • Implement ASN (Advance Shipment Notices) procedure with client’s vendors to support and standardize the receiving process. • Receive exception tasks triage and resolve • Provide month-end close along with Internal Audit Support • Provide support for spikes in on call task or project tasks • 3 years’ experience in Logistics Operations process understanding, familiarity with Asset Management Life Cycle, Supply Chain, and Inventory management models • Data Center experience (Preferred) • 2+ years of experience in asset management • Preferred background in, ITIL, Sox Compliance and Risk assurance controls • Experience in data analytics, manipulation, and visualization of Data using SQL and Tableau • Solid understanding of Physical Audit procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems • Attention to detail and ability to multitask • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication skills both verbal and written • Familiar in creating and maintaining the SOP
Roles and Responsibilities: • Create data pulls for manual complex metrics • Organize recurring audits and reconciliation • Oversee Asset Tag inventory and distribution • Document and maintain asset inventory • Support Return Materials Authorizations (“RMAs”), decommissions and disposals transactions in the inventory management system • Support location creations and updates • Support on-call rotation and triage for Asset Management and LocationsAny Graduation
