What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues using blueprints, manuals, and specialized tools.
- Document maintenance activities, repair work, and equipment conditions accurately.
- Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors to meet quality and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and support issue resolution during on-call rotations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment following safety procedures.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and facility equipment.
- Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
- Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, work orders, and expense tracking.
- Capability to manage contractors and coordinate maintenance schedules efficiently.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency situations.

The hourly wage range for this position is $36.00 - $69.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
