Role summary:The (USA) Journeyman Electrician, Facility Services, is responsible for performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment. This role involves diagnosing electrical issues, conducting inspections, and executing repairs using multiple craft skills while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. The position requires managing maintenance schedules, coordinating with contractors, and responding promptly to emergency calls. What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, facilities, and equipment following established schedules and safety guidelines.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues using blueprints, manuals, and specialized tools.
- Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and capital expense information accurately.
- Manage work orders, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical business needs.
- Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment safely and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and maintain a safe work environment.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures using multiple craft skills, including electrical work.
- Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs.
- Skilled in operating hand and power tools, hoists, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with management, contractors, and team members.
- Capability to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and documentation accurately.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergencies.

The hourly wage range for this position is $36.00 - $69.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...
