About the role:
The Customer Service Representative is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, communicating with customers, and learning new systems and processes.
Employees must be flexible to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 5:00 am – 11:00 pm local time, Sunday–Saturday, including weekends. Break and lunch times are set. During peak season, and when needed for business needs, employees may occasionally be required to work overtime, including a 6th day and one (1) weekend day shift.
In this role, you’ll help customers and pharmacies with questions related to home delivery pharmacy services and pharmacy benefits. You’ll receive the opportunity to learn our systems and processes while using your communication, listening, and problem-solving skills to provide helpful customer service.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to approximately 60–80 incoming calls from customers or pharmacies regarding home delivery pharmacy services or pharmacy benefits.
- Ask appropriate questions, actively listen, and document required information in computer systems.
- Occasionally make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while providing professional and helpful customer service.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office:
- Microsoft Word — ability to open and navigate a Word document.
- Microsoft Excel — ability to open and navigate a spreadsheet.
- Ability to attend training with 100% attendance.
- Ability to appear on camera throughout the duration of all shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Call Center experience.
- Experience with a virtual learning environment.
- Experience working with digital platforms and systems, including Web, Chat, and Email.
- Healthcare / Insurance environment experience, including familiarity with medical terminology, health plan documents, OR benefit plan design.
Work at Home Expectations
- Keep all company-sensitive documents secure, if applicable.
- Have a dedicated work area that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
- Have an approved high-speed internet connection. (5G, Hotspots, and satellite internets are not supported.)
- Connect directly to the internet via hard wire. Wi-Fi is not compatible.
- Work only from the address provided during the recruitment process.
