About The Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to be part of the pioneer team spearheading the development and delivery of the new services.

Total Rewards Strategy
- Develop and execute the organization's total rewards strategy in alignment with business goals and talent priorities.
- Review and recommend reward policies, programs, and practices to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
- Support the design and implementation of innovative reward initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure reward programs remain aligned with market trends, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
Compensation Management
- Manage compensation structures, salary frameworks, grading systems, and incentive programs.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive positioning.
- Lead annual compensation reviews, including salary increments, bonus allocation, and promotion exercises.
- Provide compensation-related analysis and recommendations to management.
Benefits and Wellness
- Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, insurance, retirement, pension, and wellness initiatives.
- Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to meet workforce needs while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure effective benefits administration and service delivery.
- Promote employee well-being through health and wellness programs.
Performance and Reward Programs
- Support the design and administration of performance-linked reward programs.
- Ensure alignment between performance management outcomes and reward strategies.
- Monitor the effectiveness of incentive and recognition programs and recommend improvements.
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure all reward practices comply with relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal governance requirements.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls related to compensation and benefits.
- Support internal and external audits relating to reward programs.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to provide expert reward advice and solutions.
- Liaise with external consultants, insurers, brokers, pension providers, and other third-party vendors.
- Establish and maintain best-practice approaches across all reward programs and processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
- Monitor reward program effectiveness, costs, and return on investment.
