Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Customer Service in Stone Mountain, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through professional communication and customer service while using technology to document activities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and customer activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate relevant observations, incidents, and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
