Who we are looking for:
An experienced, compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to lead shifts and work alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager. Future plans: The company is growing, and a new LD home is due to be registered soon.
Other services: A 24/7 outreach service, therapy, and an education service offering tuition and mentoring for children and young people with SEND.
Why this home & company:
Training / qualifications: Paid training
Benefits: Referral programme, annual leave, employee discount and free parking
Ethos: Child-centred care delivered by experienced, highly trained staff. Our client’s mission is to improve children’s lives through safe, supportive, high-quality care, with a strong commitment to safeguarding. Their homes aim to give children a stable foundation that many have not had before.
