What do we need:

The Creative Manager position at People Serving People is an excellent opportunity for a marketing and communications professional who is ready to manage multiple projects and contribute to work across the team while taking on creative design and social media. Embrace the opportunity to serve as a champion for families experiencing homelessness every day as you work. If you are looking for a role with purpose in an organization committed to your development, this role may be right for you.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Create engaging social media posts consistent with organizational voice, values, and goals.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and changes in best practices and provide recommendations for implementation.

  • Design and produce high-quality, brand-aligned print and digital assets grounded in best practices for content design and layout.
  • Serve as the lead photographer and videographer for the organization.
  • Manage photography and videography vendors as needed.

Time and Project Management:

  • Build and maintain a digital asset management process (media releases, etc.).
  • Interface with print vendors, freelancers, etc. on administrative matters (paper selection, print quality, invoicing).
  • Ensure creative projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Manage vendors as needed.
  • Pivoting to respond to internal or external situations that require publications to be developed and distributed on short notice.

Additional duties will be assigned by the Director of Communications and as part of your overall responsibly as a member of the team at People Serving People.
