As a Lead Quality Specialist - QA Engineering, you will develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. You will support Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) tendering and project execution activities, ensuring projects and products are capable of meeting specified standards while maximizing customer satisfaction and project profitability.
As a Lead Quality Specialist - QA Engineering, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) tendering and project execution phases.
- Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled while supporting customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Establishing and executing Project Quality Plans, including witness points and quality records to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensuring customer quality requirements and Feedback of Experience (FOE) / Lessons Learned are incorporated into tender proposals and execution processes to avoid deviations and drive continuous improvement.
- Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures within the quality discipline.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and business stakeholders regarding quality approaches, project coordination, and service delivery.
- Contributing as a project team member or leading small projects as required.
- Supporting work objectives typically completed within 3–6 months, with results and impact realized over a 2–12 month timeframe.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
(or a High School Diploma / GED with proven experience in Quality). - Bring additional proven experience in QA Engineering.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate effective problem‑identification and problem‑solving skills.
- Bring proven analytical and organizational abilities.
