As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Associate in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential condominium community.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with community policies, providing assistance and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate relevant information to residents, property management, and/or emergency responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
