Description
At Conexwest, we sell, rent, and customise shipping containers across the U.S. We’re a fast-growing, hands-on team that keeps things moving — literally. If you like working with great people, solving problems, looking for a remote job and keeping the numbers straight, we want you on board!
What You’ll Do:
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in NetSuite (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries).
Keep financial records accurate and organized.
Work with sales and operations teams to make sure everything lines up.
Help with monthly close, reports, and general accounting tasks.
Keep an eye on details and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
NetSuite experience is required (you’ll be using it daily).
Strong Excel and organizational skills.
Someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and team-friendly.
A positive attitude — we like good vibes around here.
