What You Will Do 

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

• Support the development and execution of the annual digital marketing strategy.
• Assist in driving direct online bookings through the hotel's official website and digital channels.
• Manage digital campaigns that promote guestrooms, suites, dining outlets, spa services, events, and seasonal offers.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with brand standards and corporate guidelines.

Website & Content Management

• Maintain and update hotel website content, promotions, images, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with corporate digital teams and website vendors on content updates and enhancements.
• Ensure website accuracy, functionality, and optimal user experience.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.

Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content showcasing hotel experiences, promotions, events, and guest stories.
• Monitor guest interactions and community engagement.
• Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

Paid Digital Advertising

• Assist in planning and optimizing paid media campaigns including:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • YouTube Advertising
  • Display and Retargeting Campaigns
• Monitor campaign budgets, conversions, and return on investment.
• Prepare performance reports and recommendations.

Email Marketing & CRM

• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns through platforms such as Revinate.
• Manage database segmentation and guest targeting.
• Develop promotional and lifecycle email campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Online Reputation Management

• Monitor guest reviews on:
  • Google
  • TripAdvisor
  • Booking.com
  • Expedia
  • Social Media Platforms
• Coordinate with operational departments on responses and service recovery opportunities.
• Track reputation performance metrics and guest sentiment trends.

Hotel Photography & Digital Assets

• Maintain the hotel's digital asset library.
• Coordinate photography and videography shoots with hotels, restaurants, spa, and events teams.
• Ensure visual content aligns with luxury brand standards.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website, campaign, and social media analytics.
• Analyze booking trends, customer behavior, and digital performance metrics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting:
  • Website Traffic
  • Direct Revenue
  • Campaign Performance
  • Social Media Growth
  • Email Marketing Results
  • Online Reputation Scores

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  • Revenue Management
  • Public Relations
  • Sales
  • Catering & Events
  • Food & Beverage
  • Spa Operations
  • Corporate Marketing Teams
• Support hotel openings, seasonal campaigns, and major events through digital promotion.

 

 

What You Bring

 

• Requires a working knowledge of division operations.
• Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
• Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other [Public Relations] systems.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• More than 1 year experience.
• Have authorization of citizenship
