Job Description:

Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Responsible for creating and retaining a high performance organization and culture that achieves strategic objectives by leveraging the talents of people. Individuals provide strategic advice, support, counsel and services to internal business partners, and external audiences. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of HR MIS, Workday data and HR Dashboards
• Payroll Management - Timely payroll processing for employees (on-rolls/off-rolls) including related compliances.
• Closely working Finance team for cost centre, salary JV full and final settlements, provision, etc
• Statutory compliance: Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly, and annual statutory compliances, also responsible for regular monthly compliance PF, PT, TDS, NPS, LWF, 24Q and issuing form 16 to employees on time.
• Ensure completion of all HR audits and sharing the required data including actuarial report with auditors as required.
• Oversee the Leave and attendance management system including calculation of carryforwards leave, Annual holiday calenderer preparation.
• Manage & execute employee benefits such as medical insurance, employee grievance and any escalations thereof.
